BJC Home Care Services is the largest and most comprehensive home care provider in the St. Louis region, touching thousands of patients in more than 25 counties in Missouri and Illinois. A central referral center coordinates care by a team of professionals, making BJC Home Care Services a one-stop center for home health care. We offer state-of-the-art technologies with a personal commitment to our patients.
Patients can be referred to BJC Home Care Services by their physician, case manager, social worker, hospital discharge planner, family, friends or by patient request. Care is prescribed by a physician to address the patient's illness, chronic condition or disability. Services are provided on a part-time basis and are covered by Medicare, Medicaid, and by most managed care and indemnity insurance plans.
