We want to thank our team of caregivers - Cheryl (RN), Cynthia (OT) and Sarah (PT). What a wonderful team we were blessed to get to care for my husband. They were friendly, professional, efficient, caring and so helpful to us. We were given all of the tools we needed to help Bob continue his recovery. You are to be commended on your great program.
At a difficult time in our lives, your staff gave us all the help and reassurances we needed. Thank you from our whole family.

My wife and I certainly appreciate the help that BJC Home Care Services is providing. Your nurses and the therapists are pleasant and helpful. In fact, we feel like Susan is like family. She does a wonderful job.

Melody was very good- very helpful; I love Dorothy. It's difficult for me to bathe and she is so prompt- very good and helpful.

I'm a nurse who worked for another health system and I am tired of being cabin bound! I've never had care as excellent as I've experienced with BJC Home Care.

Patty and BJC were helpful in a professional capacity as well as assisting with communication with my physician.

The nurse calls right away to get me something for my nausea. Vicki and Chuck have been very nice and caring.

Diane and Chuck are doing great- they answer my questions so I can understand and show me the best ways to do my exercises. Chuck told me how good the other staff members are and speaks highly of all the staff.

Well I can tell you right now they are nice people. I would recommend your staff, especially Vicki and Kiley, to anyone- they are nice, good people who treat like you a person.

Just a note to tell you how excellent Jacqueline was with my physical therapy. I have had trouble with balance for a couple of years. After the therapy I have gained much of my balance back.
She is a charming girl and she certainly helped me. If I need physical therapy again I will probably request her.

I can't say a bad thing about Jackie - she is excellent! I just sit here and Jackie takes care of all of it. She orders supplies and takes care of me.

Mary is very friendly, direct and to the point. She does what she has to do and doesn't linger -I don't need anyone to linger around. She explains what she is going to do and about how long she will be at my home. I have had excellent customer service.

I think my nurse is just great - she has a great personality, just like the one who cared for me when I had heart surgery. You are all pretty darned good!

Chris was very helpful, and Mitta was warm hearted and I enjoyed her accent. She was very good. Elizabeth is a walking encyclopedia and very helpful.

They always call to let me know when they're coming. Once they had a meeting and called to let me know they were going to be late. That was very thoughtful.

I feel they got it right on the money - that is why I requested BJC Home Care again. The doctor wanted me to have another agency but you did such a nice job the first time I wanted you back again.

I am very pleased with the services being given to my grandmother. The aide even taught me how to bathe my grandmother. We love everyone!

Both the RN and the physical therapist are great - they have wonderful personalities. They make sure my mother is safe in her home.

All staffers, including Suzanne and Crissy, have done an excellent job so far. They are very caring and professional. We used another home care agency in the past but it was not nearly as good as the experience has been so far with BJC.

I want to compliment you and thank you regarding your employee Dawne. What a wonderful person and nurse she is!
Having surgery as critical and invasive as mine was, it's a shame my BEST care was received AFTER I was home. Dawne was the one constant bright spot through my whole ordeal.
She was always professional, friendly, upbeat and positive. She answered all of my questions and made sure I was comfortable with and understood procedures and directions.
