Results

Normal range (0 to 9 points)
This range could include a mild sleep disorder. If you experience trouble sleeping or continually wake up unrefreshed and tired, you may need to consult your physician about hour symptoms.

Moderate Range (10 to 15 points)
This range often indicates a sleep disorder. Possibilities include hypersomnia (excessively long periods of sleep), restless leg syndrome or sleep apnea. If you experience symptoms of these disorders, you may need to contact your physician soon and discuss the possibility of a sleep study.

High Range (16 to 24 points)
This range may indicate a serious sleep disorder. If you have the tendency to fall asleep while interacting with others or you are not able to sleep for an extended period of time, you need to contact your physician about your symptoms and discuss the need for a sleep study.

If you answered any of the Risk Test questions as frequently or always, we recommend you discuss this with your physician regardless of your total points.
